Sponsored Teams

Splatter Island Paintball currently has two teams that we sponsor.  Sponsored teams enjoy free play on all regular walk-on days.

The Mersey Road Mercenaries

The Mersey Road Mercenaries are a 12 player woodsball team.  They compete in the Atlantic Woodsball League.  2007 was there debut year in the A.W.L and they took 2nd overall.  For more information about the Mersey Road Mercenaries check out there site.

The Devil Dogs

The Devil Dogs are Splatter Islands newest sponsored team.  Devil Dogs are a 11 man, 3 woman eastern Nova Scotia Paintball/woodsball scenario team based out of Halifax , Although new to the sport of paintball, we are a force to be reckoned with, each an every member of our team has the unique ability to play any position, from ghost sniper to broadsword to dagger to light infantry.

This in itself is key to a teams survival during combat, if one team member falls, another takes their place.

We are men/women of honor, of integrity, and true enthusiasts of paintball.

The Mersey Confrontation

 

The Mersey Confrontation is a scenario game that the Mercenaries put on every year just for players under 16 years old.  Splatter Island Paintball supports and sponsors the Mercenaries and this event.  Last year we donated a PCS US-5 paintball marker that was raffled off to a lucky winner.  For more information on Mersey Confrontation, check out the Mercenaries website.
